AmeriMed Corporation supplies licensed distributors throughout the U.S. and around the world. Shipping can be done through our Miami location, or the U.S. port of your choice. By meeting our minimums ground freight is prepaid to your U.S. port city, or your domestic location.

To set up an account to purchase from AmeriMed:

In order for us to better serve you, please complete the reply form on our "Contact Us" page. You can also fax, call or mail your request. You will receive an Introductory Package that includes a Product Catalog, Credit Application, and Sales Tax Certificate Form. Please complete these forms and fax or mail them back to us. If you are in a hurry, you may ask that we fax or email these items to you. We can accept COD or prepaid orders immediately once we have a copy of your resale tax certificate.

Placing an Order:

If you are in the U.S., you may call our toll free number 888-550-8737 during regular business hours. If you are outside the U.S., please call 303-650-8737. For 24-hour availability, you may fax or email your orders to us. We require a hard copy of a purchase order, with a po number for reference. All orders are confirmed by fax, phone, or email.
