Doing business with AmeriMed is convenient, as
well as beneficial
International orders, and pharmaceuticals
must be prepaid. Prepayment by wire transfer, Credit Card, or Letter of
Credit is required. All Letters of Credit must be Irrevocable, Commercial
Letters of Credit in favor of AmeriMed Corporation from an acceptable
bank.
Credit accounts are only established with an approved
completed credit application and a personal guarantee. Other orders must
be prepaid, paid by credit card, or shipped C.O.D. A $5 C.O.D. charge
will be added to C.O.D. shipments. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00
charge.
Accounts over 45 days will be placed on credit hold.
AmeriMed pays ground freight on most domestic orders over $1000 in some
cases, for freight intensive items, a 50-50-freight policy will apply,
however, you will be notified in advance of shipment. Orders under $1000
are charged a $15 handling fee, and freight. AmeriMed charges freight
on all requests for next day, second day, and third day air shipments.
For international orders over $1000, freight is prepaid to the U.S. port
of your choice.
For orders over $1000, drop shipments are charged $10 service fee. For
orders under $1000, the normal handling fee and freight charge will apply.
Our company has a 99% accuracy rate in shipping, but there are times when
errors occur. Errors in shipping must be reported within 48 hours to receive
full credit. Please include the invoice number and date. Please refer
to our Return Goods Policy below for additional information.
In order to receive credit, freight damages must be noted with the carrier
at time of delivery. Please note any damages on the bill of lading in
order for us to file a claim on the product. Please call our Customer
Service Department if you have questions. We will expedite new product
to you, if it is in stock.
Dated items will have at least 9 months dating prior to shipment from
Amerimed. If you have additional dating requirements, please let us know,
and we will maintain a requirements file for you. Items in our warehouse
with less than 9 months dating will be discounted to encourage fast sale.
If our shipping department notices items that are short-dated, you will
be notified prior to shipment.
We provide full credit on freight damages, and shipping errors when we
are notified within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Please contact our
Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return product.
As a general rule: When returning by UPS or RPS, please arrange shipping
to AmeriMed, and we will credit you the freight charges on your account.
When returning through a freight carrier, contact AmeriMed first. Any
other returns must be approved by AmeriMed Customer Service Department.
No returns will be accepted after 30 day of invoice, or if the product
is within 9 months of expiration. You must first obtain a RGA number prior
to shipping. A restocking fee may be assessed.
