John Hull

Chief Marketing Officer

A proud Atlanta native, John Hull joined efforts with Dixon Marlow over a decade ago and currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Amerimed EMS.

Holding a BA in nursing from Emory University and a license as a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), his unparalleled experience in corporate business development and hospital operations spans an impressive thirty years.

John began work in the treatment field as a mental health technician at Peachford Hospital while studying for his undergraduate degree and quickly rose to the role of Divisional Director of Business Development for Universal Health Services, training marketing representatives across the country and implementing policies and procedures within business development departments to increase admissions in many UHS facilities.  In May of 2007, Hull became the executive director of Business Development at Acadia Healthcare and served as CEO at individual Acadia Hospitals, implementing a for-profit culture, negotiating marginal rate increases with managed care companies, training senior management staff, and developing hospital and business development policies and systems that increased revenue and income more than any year prior. By 2017, Hull was a Divisional President, supervising 17 Acadia facilities in seven states, assisting individual CEOs with facility operations, and exceeding yearly goals by millions.

When John is not working, he is passionately involved with his family, diving into the Atlanta culture, and enjoying competitive running.
