Here's what you need:
Valid drivers license
Acceptable driver history
Acceptable reference and background check
Acceptable score on Medical Skills testing
(EMT) Must be 21 years old
(EMT) ACLS certification (EMT-P)
(EMT) Valid state licensure
(EMT) BLS certification required
